Cecile St. Fleur and Jean-Newel Dayiso are the managers of this project.  Jean-Newel is the president of the Ranquitte Peasant Movement (MPR).  Cecile St. Fleur is a trained technician of Bio-Sand Filters and is in charge of various products for MPR, such as guava preserves.

   The Ranquitte Bio-Sand Filter project can work for the people of the community without my constant involvement, but could work much better with at least some follow-up on my part.  It is important that I have the chance to work with Jean-Newel and Cecile during filter construction and during filter instillation.
